You have to agree and accept these terms to use the service we provide. The terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

The service and original content is property of Sonja H.. You agree to not reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell, resell or exploit any of this services without a written permission by us.  

Our work is protected by copyright law and is not to be copied. A copyright infringement will be reported /persecuted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

You need to be of legal age to access and use the services on this website.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

If you breach or violation of any of this terms will lead to termination of the service provided by us.

By accessing or using this service you also agree to the cookie policy and the privacy policy that are accessible on the website.

 

Products and Prices Online Shop

We reserve the right to change and modify products and prices at any time.

 

Payment methods

We use Squarespace Payments as our payment solution and they accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, Afterpay/Clearpay, Klarna, Automated Clearing House (US merchants only).

 

Shipping

Currently we only provide a delivery within the United Kingdom. As soon as we will get your order we will pack and send it to the address given. We aim to process your order as fast as possible however we can not be held responsible for delays that are out of our control.

 

Returns and Refund

In case you are not satisfied with the product you have 14 days after receiving it to send a return request to sonja.holzknecht.paintings@gmail.com.

The cost of the return will be paid by the customer. The product has to be undamaged and the original packaging in the best possible condition. We will provide the address for the return per email.

Once we got the item we will check it and if everything is alright we will issue a refund. Please keep your postal receipt until we confirm that we got the parcel.

In case your parcel gets damaged in transit we take over the cost of the return and will issue a refund. We will require proof that your parcel/product arrived damaged so please provide us with photos of the damage.

 

Commissions

For bespoke paintings we charge 50% of the total price in advance. This amount is not refundable.

 

Law

The terms shall be in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

 

Changes to terms of service

We reserve the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time.
